Pre-empting objections in both your marketing copy and sales processes will help improve the close rate. Knowing the questions people have and the answers is also an excellent source of content for your website.

It's also critical to know the role of the avatar in the purchasing decision. Are you providing reasons to buy or are you providing collateral to help the employee look good in recommending your product or service?
