Need to generate more leads? Want more traffic? Then you need to promote your most popular page – again.

But how do you know what was the most popular?

It’s time to crack open your Google Analytics to find the answer.

The good news is, it’s very simple to do.

  1. Login to your Google Analytics account
  2. Click on ‘Behaviour’
  3. Expand out ‘Site Content’
  4. Select ‘All Pages’
  5. Change the date range for the target period

Here is a quick video (1:10 mins) walkthrough to show you how to do it.

What Else Can You Learn from Your Google Analytics?

Used right, Google Analytics will give you actionable insights into the traffic you get.

Which traffic sources gets you the most conversions? Which pages are a turn-off for my audience? Which is the most effective traffic generating activity or social media platform? It can even help you discover how long people stay on your site.

The reality is, running a site without a good understanding of your analytics is like flying a helicopter at night with no instruments.

Ultimately understanding your analytics allows you to work smarter not harder.

How You Can Master Google Analytics

Google Analytics is an incredibly powerful tool. And it’s free. Mastering it will give you insights into who your customers really are.

Ninja marketers don’t guess what their potential customers want. They study the data. And Google Analytics gives you a lot of data.

But if you are just starting out, this can be a little overwhelming.

Which is why I suggest getting The Analytics Course by Jeffalytics. It will teach you everything you need to know about Google Analytics.

At the time of writing the course is on special offer so now is a great time to invest in your marketing skills.

Become a Google Analytics wizard.

Hope you found this useful! If you did, don’t forget to share…
